In accordance with all current customers´ requirements , as well as all implicite expectations of potencial customers in the field of „raw materials sales and purchase“, issuing from experience and knowledge recently acquired from the detail market, marketing analysis and consultations with representatives of the key-partners, the managment of INTERGENCIE proclaims the following strategice targets founded on free basic postulates:

   - delivery terms
   - accompanying documentation

2. RESOURSES SUPPORT FOR A CONTINUOS PROGRESS AND INNOVATION OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
   
   - we extend corresponding resources for the support and a further progres sof the QMS
   - we improve qualifications and knowledge of the companys staff




3. ATTENTION TO QUALITY OF THE COMPANY ACTIVITIES AS A INTEGRAL PART OF THE FIRM STRATEGY
   
   - we work precisely and efficiently
   - complying with rules and criterias set by Standard EN ISO 9001:2016
   - we innovate managerial and organising activities
